Transparency
- Armedangels released a 2019 Social Report that includes the locations and names of their factories and manufacturing suppliers.
- Armedangels products are linked to the factory in which they were made.
- Armedangels is dedicated to making their supply chain as transparent as possible.
Fair Labor
- Armedangels has received Leader status from the Fair Wear Foundation ensuring their suppliers abide by a code of conduct that requires labor and worker rights be met and that Armedangels’ first-tier facilities are assessed regularly.
- If suppliers do not cooperate with Armedangels’ standards, they have a process in place to work towards compliance or terminate their partnership.
- They can do more to guarantee workers a living wage.
Sustainably Made
- Armedangels only use sustainable and renewable materials including GOTS certified organic cotton, certified organic wool, organic linen, recycled plastic, kapok, alpaca, amongst others.
- Their cotton is also Fairtrade certified.
- Armedangels works with DHL GoGreen and Climate Partner to be carbon neutral.
- They take post-consumer Armedangels products back and recycle them into their new products.
- They can improve upon their sustainability goals by working to measure and reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and water consumption.
