  • To improve Fair Labor, Reformation should ensure their workers are being paid a living wage.

  • Reformation should implement more well-being programs within their factories. These programs can include a housing allowance, transportation, healthcare, etc.

  • Reformation has been water-neutral since 2015. They have partnered with Bonneville Environmental Foundation to restore the water they use and balance their water footprint.

  • Reformation works closely with their partner printers, dye houses, and tanneries to ensure the responsible use of chemicals, water, and energy.  Their goal is to have 75% of their dyers and printers be Clean Chemistry certified by the end of the year.
